On the tracking screen you will see the last known position of the GPS protected appliance, such as an A/C, refrigerator, over, etc. This is called a geo-fence. This geo-fence and accuracy of this position is typically within 4-8 feet.

The central stations are well equipped with emergency systems that will dispatch undercover police to your home upon getting signals from your GPS or tamper resistant hardware that an attempted theft is in process.
